The Bahamas Dental Association

Has been the voice for the dental profession in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas since its inception in 1962. With over 80 registered members, BDA is the priemier organization for Dental Professionals and auxillary staff in the Bahamas.

BDA provides its members with a powerful presence in the Legislature, business development programs, peer review, a clinical journal and educational and scientific programs that promote the art and science of dentistry.


American Dental Association

Founded in 1859, the not-for-profit American Dental Association is the nation’s largest dental association, representing more than 159,000 dentist members. Since then, the ADA has grown to become the leading source of oral health related information for dentists and their patients. The ADA is committed to its members and to the improvement of oral health for the public. The ADA’s vision is to be the recognized leader on oral health with its mission to help all members succeed.


The Commonwealth Dental Association

The CDA is an association of national dental associations, which aims to improve dental and oral health in Commonwealth countries by raising the skills of practitioners and increasing awareness of oral health.


World Dental Federation
